Our Fees

Full consultancy

  • We charge 1.5% on property transactions in the UK and Gibraltar, and 5% in Spain and Dubai. A non-refundable retaining fee of £1,000 is payable prior to the commencement of the search, deductible from the final fee, which is payable upon completion
  • All other charges that may be incurred - fees for your personal part of the travel to reach us in order to undertake viewing trips, additional fees for extra services from third parties and so on - are either met directly by you or passed on at cost

Rental tenant finding service

For sourcing rental tenants we charge 10% of the first year's rent payable after the tenant/s have paid both their deposit and their first month's rent.

Other services

Should you require us to:

  • Oversee or negotiate a purchase for you
  • Tour you around our areas before any decision to purchase
  • Design and build property for you
  • Project manage on your behalf
