Independent and privately owned, Quay Estates International offers objective and completely impartial advice while also providing its clients with discretion and anonymity.

The company was founded by John May, a highly successful property developer who spends his time looking after his real estate businesses in UK, Spain and Dubai. John saw the gap for a company offering bespoke real estate consultancy through his work with individuals and corporate entities, many of whom wanted to buy existing real estate as well as the new-build properties which he was offering.

He realised he could leverage his intimate knowledge of both markets, his contacts borne through years of work in these regions, and his reputation as a reliable, diligent and highachieving constructor/developer, in order to add to the service he was offering his clients.

Quay Estates International has since built a solid reputation through word-of-mouth and recommendations as a company that can help with every aspect of buying high-end property for investment or family use, in London, Surrey, Marbella, Gibraltar and Dubai.
